Welcome to Embra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Embra Student Intelligence Platform, including our web and mobile interfaces, dashboards, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").
By using Embra, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Embra is a student-first software platform designed to help law and professional students track their well-being, academic progress, and long-term goals. We provide tools like mood check-ins, milestone planning, and learning insights all built with your privacy and clarity in mind.
Embra is not a replacement for your school's official learning management system or academic record.

Anything you upload or enter into Embra like journal entries, outlines, or notes stays yours. You give Embra permission to use your content only to deliver the services you've requested (e.g., show insights or track progress). We will never share your personal content with others without your consent.

We aim to provide uninterrupted access, but we can't guarantee the platform will always be available. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not responsible for any data loss though we take strong measures to prevent it.
We are always improving Embra. That means features may change over time. Some features (like mentor tools or dashboards) may be introduced or removed based on user needs and funding.
We'll notify you of any major changes that impact your experience.
Some Embra features may link to external websites or tools (e.g., bar prep sites). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Use them at your own discretion.
You can stop using Embra at any time. We may suspend or delete your account if:
